In the G.O. read above, Notification was
issued empowering the Chairman, Commissionerate of Inquiries to authorise the
Inquiring Authorities to exercise the powers specified in Section 5 of the
Andhra Pradesh Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses
and Production of Documents) Act., 1993, in respect of Departmental Inquiries
