may be seen, FR 83-A provides for extending the applications of the provisions
for sanction of special disability leave also to cases of disability by injury
accidental incurred in or in consequence of official position of a government
servant, which has the effect of increasing his liability to injury beyond the
ordinary risk attaching to the civil post which he holds. 2. The special
