Government
have had under consideration for some time past the question of liberalising
the leave facilities available for the class-IV employees at present and issue
the following orders: - i) Earned leave
shall accrue at the rate of 1/11 th of the period spend on duty in
the case of government employees belonging to last grade service whose services
have been regularised (i.e., probationers and approved probationers) and who
have put in 15 years of service. The maximum accumulation of earned leaves will
be 180 days. Out of these 120 days can be availed of at any one time. ii) further last
