Public Service Commission Regulations, 1963, it shall be necessary to consult
the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission to impose any major penalty on
employees. It is observed that there was considerable delay in imposing the
major penalty on employees who are convicted for criminal offences in a Court
of Law, owing to the procedure of consulting the Commission for concurrence. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter have
